The Board of Trustees of the Village of Greeley held their regular meeting August 11, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at the Greeley Village Board Room. Members present were Bob Dutcher, Patty Swanson, Tony Wood and Sally Walsh. Chairperson Dutcher called the meeting to order, noted the Open Meeting poster on the wall and thanked everyone for coming.

Role Called: Present: Swanson, Walsh, Dutcher, Wood. Absent: Donovan.

Motion was made by Walsh and Seconded by Wood to approve minutes from last month’s meeting. Aye: All. Absent: Donovan. Motion Carried.

Dave Young, Greeley Care Home/AL Admin., met with the Board and gave census updates.

Jim Ely met with the Board to discuss lot cleanups and court cases.

Motion was made by Swanson and Seconded by Walsh to approve Kayla Rother as pool sub. Aye: All. Absent: Donovan. Motion Carried.

Charlie McManus met with the Board regarding a survey of the Village Shop and Legion Club.

Dan Casey, Patty Harris and Tom Whalen met with the Board regarding the trees at the park.

Amanda Bonge, Pool Manager, met with the Board regarding pool updates.

The Board discussed street repair bids.

Motion was made by Wood and Seconded by Walsh to approve the claims as follows. Aye: All. Absent: Donovan. Motion Carried.
